Brilliant Site. Just what I need. Given our everyday lives, it's hard to come up with good drills, share with others and agree before a session.

Throw Catch and Step, Catching Cricket

Description

Players work in pairs with 1 ball.

They start very close together and with every successful throw and catch the thrower can take a step back increasing the distance between the players.

Coaching Points

If the players drop the ball they go back to the middle again.

The players that get the furthest apart to successfully throw and catch the ball are the winners
