Description

Each batter gets 6-8 feeds each. The throwing player feeds from on one knee and then all rotate after 6 feeds.

If a wide ball is thrown or the batter decides to leave the ball they may have an aditional feed.

Coaching Points

When playing this shot, the batsman should stand tall on his feet, head over the ball with their body weight forward so that they can fully drive through the ball. The final batting position should see the bat high in the air - having driven through the ball.

The top hand control this stroke and the lower provides the power.
