Swiss Ball Stand, Chest Fitness

 

Description

    A core stability and proprioception exercise

Coaching Points

  • This exercise is extremly advanced, and should only be attampted when you can spend several minutes kneeling on the ball
  • Use a wall for support
  • To get onto the ball, place both hands on the ball and frog jump onto it, keeping your knees bent
