Barbell bench Squat, Shoulder Fitness

Description

    A leg exercise

Coaching Points

  • stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • put a bench behind you, where you would expect to sit down
  • place a barbell across your shoulders
  • putting your weight through your heels, slowly squat until your backside touches the bench
  • stand up again
  • ensure your knees remain behind your toes
