I think your website is the best in term of advise and building fun training sessions. The children love the variety that I can bring to training thanks to your easy to follow drills!

Training for Pre-Season: Passing, Moving and Game Patterns

Rating: 4
from 4 members ratings

To get your players back up to speed after the summer break this conditioning session combines fitness with ball work to re-establish simple patterns of play such as overlaps, switching play and third man runs!

We kick things off with a pass and move exercise to make sure everyone is awake and then get down to business as we work on fitness, movement and dribbling development, re-familiarising players with basic techniques and movements - before finishing things off with two conditioned games (pre-season doesn't have to be boring!)

Use this session to remind your players about passing, moving and game patterns and to get them back in peak physical shape - ready for their first game of the season!
