Description

    Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep.

    Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own.

    Aim of the game :

    To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Coaching Points

    Progression:

    Rather than scoring a try attackers must keep possession inside the 'enemy's' scoring zone for 3 seconds.

    or

    After a point is scored the attacking team may then immediately score at in other zone - forcing the defenders to quickly recover and rearrange their team.
