Getting your WA free from Double teaming defenders

Rating: 4
from 12 members ratings
We recently received a question from a coach asking "how do your Wing Attacks get free when they're being tightly marked by double-teaming defenders?"

After thinking about this for a while we thought the best way to answer this question was to write a session dedicated to Losing your marker

To help your WAs escape their markers and create space this sessions works on space finding moves and plays including The Roll, a sharp change of pace and The Cut.

Trying to get free from defenders can sometimes be tough, but with a little bit of practice your players should have some tricks up their sleeve to befuddle, bamboozle and lose their markers!
