Description
- Move the ball in a figure of 8 round your legs
- Pass the ball round your back. Who can pass the ball around their back 5 times the fastest ?.
- Throw the ball in the air and clap before you catch it. Who can make the highest number of claps ?
Coaching Points
- Keep two hands on the ball whenever possible
- Relax your hands
- Standing still to start with then try it walking, then jogging.
- Any dropped ball, 5 press ups.
