DESCRIPTION

  • The aim of the drill is to improve your feet work prior the kick .

 

COACHING POINTS

  • Players starts on the middle cone after every kick.
  • Coach will pass to either left or right cone.
  • Player to focus on quick feet and getting behind the ball early.
  • Guide the ball down to the floor with a one hand release (not two).
  • Focus on staying tall on contact.
  • Kick to the coach 5m away
