Description

  • Groups of five
  • Three attackers try and score against one defender
  • If touched must ruck

Coaching Points

  • Try to score without being touched via passing and running
  • If the ball carrier is touched: Footwork first, but let yourself be touched. Fall with back to opposition, place ball at arms length.
