SESSION OF THE WEEK: 1st session back - Handling Refresher
Review your players' fundamentals with this welcome back session - improving their <strong>passing</strong>, <strong>catching</strong> and <strong>ball carrying</strong> skills
Another great feature of full membership.
Simple movement of handling the ball around the hips.
Make sure that hips and torso are static and do not move with the ball.
Do 3 times clockwise and then reverse and do 3 times anti-clockwise.
