Description


    -Feeder hits first ball to forehand alley.
    -The second ball if fed to backhand alley.
    -The third feed goes deep to the forehand side.

Coaching Points

  • The drill helps players learn excellaration, decellaration, balance and recovery.
  • Emphasise that players maintain balance and keep their head still whilst hitting.
  • Encourage players to use the outside foot to push back when changing direction.
