Avoiding the Danger Zone! - Attacking Returns Session
How do you teach players to use the full width of the court? With this week's Session, which encourages your players go on the offensive by avoiding the No Go Zone when they return the ball.
By teaching players the importance of using the full width and depth of the court, through the wide hitting games and exercises in this session you can get your players striking their shots down the lines and into the far corners, preventing their opponent from attacking from a comfortable position.
What are you waiting for? Get your players to recognise when to strike the ball down the lines and into the far corners to put pressure on their opponent!
Sportplan Tip:
This session can be quickly and easily be tailored to the level of your players as you can increase or decrease the size of your No Shot Zone depending on how hard you want to make things for your players!

What you say: I am hooked to this service. It's user friendly, easy to use and on top of all that the clipboard system is really handy! Many thanks Sportplan!
Live ball drill Players start in centre play back an inside out forhand back to the coach, then the player runs onto the short ball and hits a forehand cross court winner.
