Description

    An abdominal and core exercise

Coaching Points

    Kneel on the floor with your forearms resting on the ball Slowly roll the ball away from you keeping your abdominals tight keep your hips up at all times Roll the ball out until your hips and spine are in a line contract your abdominals and use your forearms to return to the start point
