I know that you have to do alot of running, I run alot. Although on the court, I feel as if I;m not that fast, and I want to get faster.

Remember quickness and change of pace and direction are as important if not more important than overall speed in basketball.
Ladder feet drills, heavy and speed jump ropes are a few of the many exercises you can do to improve these areas. As far as overall speed, leg presses with heavy weights, running down hills, speed bleachers and running with ankle and vest weights will improve your speed. Good Luck.
