I have a new team and I want to know the current state of team.

After the end of the training I want to know the developments that occurred during this year. What are the tests to be done before and after the end of the training season (tactical and skill) report?

OK, now I understand. With training you mean a complete season of one year.

First make list of all the things you want to improve : tactis with all its technical elements.
What should be players be capable of when playing YOUR way of handball?
Defense:
What system(s) and how : defensive or offensive?
What they have to do technically and how well they must do this
Breaks:
Where they run, what they have to do
Attacking:
What tactical things they must do and what they must be capable of technically

Play some trial-matches or training matches.

See what the situation is like and make notes of elements which are most important to play your type of handball and which are not done correctlty by the players. This list is your state of the team document. By choosing the right things and train them, you can improve your team during the year. Mind : this is long term working, so results of winning must be set aside first.

Physical elements can be tested by doing the usual tests : beep-test and coopertest
