Any fun idea/game to learn each players names???

Hi, I´m just looking for new ideas for the first training of the season, any fun ideas so everybody can learn each others names, including the coach %3A)???? age%3A around 11/12 years old. Cheers!

Hello Barbara,

we really liked this question so we thought we'd ask it our Sportplan hockey Facebook page.

Here's the best answer we've received so far:

Thanks!..I did that last year but kids don´t like it at all... they keep asking me if they can take it off... Thanks anyways!

If the stickers are on the players' shirts maybe that would cause fewer complaints?

Just an idea but here's a drill that I've used in the past to get players talking and could easily be adapted to help your team (see below).

Hope this helps,
Alex
