Does anyone know some simple drills to coach hitting?

Does anyone know some simple drills to coach hitting on the move to young people.

Hitting on the move is with the right foot in front, I usume you mean that.

The red player on the 25 yeard line, runs with the ball toward the top of the D and shoots with his right foot in front (low on the board so the ball bounch back into the field) he shoots his own ball the second time on goal.

The most inportant thing is that he shoots with his right foot in front, your hit will be more from the hip.

Its also important that the player pushes OR keeps the ball just slightly AWAY from the body and not too close to their feet. Some coaches get the players to push the ball DIAGONALLY AWAY from their body, as to help them understand where the ball should be for a good hit.

when u hit a ball to the goal the importan is

1 is ur body poistion(left leg should strait to place where u going to hit, toe should be pointed (aim) where u going to hit, 

2  the knee should  bent froward ) 

3 ur hip should bend and head like kissing ur knee,

4 ball should be 2 feets side of the front left leg,

5 the ball should travel strait from the rigth leg to front left leg,

6 sticks comes across the hip,

7 execution of ball will be after passing the left leg 2 or 3 inches,
