I would advise you to contact the Rugby Union in The Netherlands as each country has different development pathways for younger players.
The Union over there is very well organised and will be able to help you.

What a fantastic tool. I've found a few drills that are unfamiliar, but that's to be expected after playing for 27 years. The Chalk Board and Session tools make an unbelievable difference in both time and organization.
