Kicking >> The Bomb or 'Up & Under'

This kick is similar to the punt, but incorporates a special technique that helps the ball hang in the air, allowing time for the chasers to attempt to regain possession and make it difficult for the opposition to catch. It is often aimed at the opposition's goal posts, and the ball rotates end over end. To execute the bomb kick, the ball is held vertically (upright) with one hand on each side and release it, aiming to kick the bottom point of the ball
