This
kick is similar to the punt, but incorporates a special technique
that helps the ball hang in the air, allowing time for the chasers
to attempt to regain possession and make it difficult for the
opposition to catch. It is often aimed at the opposition's goal
posts, and the ball rotates end over end. To execute the bomb
kick, the ball is held vertically (upright) with one hand on
each side and release it, aiming to kick the bottom point of
the ball
