    Relaxed, balanced stance, head still, eyes level
    Back swing and step back
    Front Shoulder Dips
    Base established, weight stays slightly forward
    Shoulders rotate vertically, front leg drawn back
    Bat accelerates, follows through straight Ball contact under eyes
