Decision Making is a skill which is often overlooked by many coaches. Even if your players are technically gifted, if they're unable to make quick decisions they'll struggle to keep up with play at a high-intensity.

To ensure your players are communicating in the field and are able to make snap decisions we use conditioned drills to replicate match situations, challenging your players to think quickly... Should they shy at the stumps or take the safe option and throw the keeper?
