This week's session works from back to front as we look at turning the tables on your opponents, pulling the rug out from under their feet and switching from Defence to Attack to counter with a fast-break!
The focus for this session is on your keeper as we aim to develop their ability to look up and take one step to launch the ball to a player making a forward run. From this point you'll really have your opponents on the back foot as they scramble to get back into position.
After your keeper has regained possession it's the perfect time to switch from defence to attack!
To help get your players in the right mind-set this fast break session aims to get both your keeper and the on-court players thinking about the fast break.
Try this session with your team today and improve how they launch into the fast break!
