Improving Reactions - Games and Challenges Session

Use this plan to develop your players' reaction speed through fun, competitive games and practices and help them get to the ball quicker than their opposition.

To get to your players bursting out of the blocks this plan improves how your players react to stimuli in a netball environment.

What's in the Session?

After a warm up game of cone twist we start testing reaction speed - firstly working on their catching in pairs and then progressing onto more challenging group exercises - helping your players to be first to the ball in their next game.

How quick are you?

The average reaction time is between 0.2 to 0.3 seconds. Find out how quick you are by tapping below.
