What you say:
Brilliant Site. Just what I need. Given our everyday lives, it's hard to come up with good drills, share with others and agree before a session.

Egg and spoon run, Coordination / Fun Games Tennis

Description

Players start on the baseline with a ball on their racket strings.

They run up to the net where they swap over the ball with the player on the opposite side of the net.

They then run back to the baseline.

Coaching Points

If more players are involved then the ball can be passed to the next player and so on till everyone in the team has had a go.

Depending on the level of players conditions can be added, such as:

    • Not being allowed to drop the ball when passing it to team players or
    • having to bounce the ball on the racket whilst moving.
