An aggressive baseline player does not come to the net as their game relies on power and angles to keep the opponent moving, which is exactly what we work on in this session.
What's in the Session?
Starting with a fun warm up that gets players ready, we soon move on to begin working on groundstrokes in an excellent non-stop drill that will have your player dominating their opponent. We then have a couple of quick-fire drills that require a number of shots from your players before finishing in a game that will improve their consistency.
