What?s in the session?
A lot of players use only the arm to generate power and get good control over the forehand stroke. This session looks to add hips to the shot which is crucial to develop a solid stroke, from the perspective of both control and power. The player works on proper upper body preparation for the forehand stroke to accelerate the racket and use their whole body to get more control over the shot.
