This week we test your players' coordination while also working their hand skills, peripheral vision and footwork in this fun coordination and alternative hand skills Session.
To give you a taster of the what's in this session try this simple coordination test: can you rub your stomach with one hand whilst tapping the top of your head with the other?
Obviously in this session we go a lot further than simply asking your players to tap their heads and rub their stomach but the concept is still the same - getting players to truly concentrate whilst ignoring distractions - using their full field of vision to their advantage.
What's in the Session?
The games in this session contain an element of competition. By using competition you should see your players improving their footwork and effort levels in an attempt to win the point, score the longest rally and beat their previous performances!
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
