Fun Coordination and Alternative hand Skills

Rating: 4
from 1 members ratings
This week we test your players' coordination skills whilst also working their hand skills, peripheral vision and footwork in this fun coordination and alternative hand skills Session.

Want a taster of the what's in this session which you do right now? Well try this simple coordination test: can you rub your stomach with one hand whilst tapping the top of your head with the other?

Obviously in this session we go a lot further than simply asking your players to tap their heads and rub their stomachs but the concept is still the same - getting players to truly concentrate whilst ignoring distractions - using their full field of vision to their advantage.

We then go on to add an element of competition to the games in this session - in doing this you should be able to see your players improving their footwork and effort levels in an attempt to win the point, score the longest rally and beat their previous performances!
