This week we’re teaching your players how to improve when hitting the ball on the run without giving an advantage to the opponent.
Players don’t practice this skill enough, and often leave themselves at a disadvantage in a game when they are beaten by a shot to the open court. That’s why it’s important to work on hitting on the run, whether it’s hitting winners or hitting and recovering to the correct position, we’ve got it covered.
What's in the Session?
Packed with fun video drills, we get the players running early in the session and getting them used to sprinting across the baseline. We then have a number of drills that teach your players to move quickly and hit killer shots, before finishing with a fun game.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
