This week we’re teaching your players how to improve their technique when it comes to forehand volleys.
There are a number of common mistakes that players make, particularly at a young age, when it comes to learning this shot, and with fun and innovative drills, we get your players to cut out these simple errors and have an unbeatable forehand.
What's in the Session?
Using innovate drills, we get your players tuning up their forehand volleys. Beginning without a ball, we get your players learning to swing correctly and cut out mistakes before adding a ball to see what’s been learned. Following this, we get players seated and volleying the ball to teach them to work on their upper body movement, before later working on footwork.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
