How do I coach grade 3's that have never played before?

This is my first year of coaching and the girl's first year of playing, the girls are going well at training but have no idea when it comes to games, we get beaten in every area and can't even manage to get the ball to our goal third. What drills can I do or is there anything that I as coach can do to help?
