Our green year 8 netball team started off a little awkward at the beginning of the season, with footwork issues, bunching the usual. I checked out and used some of the drills from your website and after my first week with the team the difference was remarkable regarding the footwork and over the following weeks they kept improving, nothing major, but improved they did. With constant repetitive drills, boring drills the team won there grade. To be championship winners is a real morale booster. On behalf of the year 8 5th grade team from Blockhouse Bay, Auckland, NZ thank you for this fantastic coaching tool. I am one happy coach but the confidence boost for the girls is totally priceless.
