What is your question regarding feeding the circle?

From the centre pass, to WA, to GS who is running out of the circle, over to the GA who should be running towards post.

not enough info to really reply.  do you want to know how to get the ball from center pass into the goal quickly, or how to get your girls to pass around the cirlcle quickly?

ever play the game hot potatoe with the girls?  try this.  half the team on the outside of the circle on different spots evenly.  the half in a zig zag effect in the circle.  start with 1 ball and they have to pass as fast as they can from one end and then back without dropping. (you can add a second ball in you wish and have the last person throw to the other end when finished.  keeps them attentive and fast hands.

once they are good at this, keep the outside players in place and remove all but one person in the circle.  she starts and one end and with quick hands and passes she has to pass and move to each player.  if this is too easy then have 2 players going through at the same time.  keeps the pressure up. (swich sides so everyeone goes through both inside and outside of the ring)

once that is going well, get your main WA and C on the outside and one of your shooters in the circle.  she has to pass out 5 times before setting up her shot, moving around the entire circle from one side to the next, passing out, setting up to shoot, passing back behind and retrieving on a split jump (am assuming your shooters know how to catch in a split position) then pass across court and follow her pass.  the WA C must pass back instant that they receive the ball no matter where the shooter is.  (if you want you can give them a 10 second time limit and see who passes the most in that time frame....nothing like some healthy competition)  switch shooters and repeat.  input both shooters to this game and have them work together.  add in one defence, 2 defence, even 3-4 defences.  make the shooters work fast when there are lots of defence.
