Stepping around drills

Does anyone know of a good drill to teach stepping around when passing the ball? I have quite a short player in my team who has trouble getting the ball round her opponents hands. We've been working on faking the pass as an alternative solution.

bounce passes are designed for this problem, but i am not a fan of them.  how about just pass the ball to a player behind her, or get her to pass a lot faster, so teach the team to be one step ahead with their passing. (this only works if the team is older, and/or skilled to do so).  but i teach my kids set plays (ie C to WA to GS to GA) as a center pass play.  it teaches the kids to break at appropriate times, and know where the next pass is going to be so they dont have to think so hard.  eventually they will just learn where each other is going to be, but until then, set plays help. 

I too have have the same problem and I HATE bouce passes. However they do have a purpose and this is it. Each week we do running into the ball at speed drills and this has kind of recitified the situation - however when she is tired more stepping infrigements are called. Practise and more practise with the ball and stopping short is a good place to start.
