Dear All, Karen has very kindly sent Sportplan her notes and we have quickly animated them and posted them here for you all to use.

The next couple of answers contain some example full court patterns, which you can use to teach players awareness and the importance of timing their leads. Try these moves to instill confidence in your players. Practicing players un-opposed.
