Shooting and Crossing - Attack and Finish Session

Rating: 4
from 7 members ratings

To get your players reacting quickly and working the keeper this Sportplan shooting session puts your players under pressure as we test their ability to hit the target with a first time shot.

When we say pressure, we mean the sort of pressure your attacking players are likely to experience in their next game - not having much time to control the ball before they're closed down by their opposite number.

To ensure your players have the right predatory instincts and don't take a touch too many this session works on getting the ball out from under your feet and taking the shot early, either after just one touch or first time! To do this we run through a series of sharp-shooter exercises, from a late pass, crossed balls and in a 1v1 race to the goal!

Test your players' reactions and shooting instinct with this Attacking and Finishing session!
