What you say:

I have been using Sportplan for most of our season, including the "e book" and have found the content to be fantastic. The (men's) team has enjoyed all drills and have tackled each challenging training session with an enthusiasm second to none. A lot of the training sessions are now apparent during matches which speaks volumes for the site's content. Well done and thank you.

I used most of it. I find it very useful and I just modify it for my needs. I coach high school and middle school girls.

This is agility and no angled runs and no "basic physical competencies" in relation to ankle joints which are extremely important with hockey.

Hi Grant,

The bite-size sessions only cover a few aspects of fitness and are designed to be used in conjunction with your normal training.

If you would like to work on angled runs and changing direction have a look at one of our complete fitness sessions from a couple of weeks ago (1 hour 15 minutes in length):
Pre-Season - Session 4

Hope this helps,
