Shooting Practice - Hitting the target!

This session should be a treat for your players as we allow them to take aim and fire in this shooting session - focussing on accuracy, speed and ability to shoot (on target) under pressure!

Players are always dying to have a few shots on goal, as you've probably noticed at the start and finish of every training session, but as much as this might be fun for your players it's not always beneficial to their shooting game.

This session aims to give a bit of structure to players' shooting, getting them to focus on hitting the target and making the keeper work with every shot, resisting the temptation to simply hit the ball as hard as they can!
