  • 1 ball per group.
  • Run straight then change direction at the first cone. Attack the opposite corner and pass to the support runner, before straightening your run to finish.

    Coaching Points

  • Carry the ball in 2 hands.
  • Turn towards support.
  • Soft pass for not at support.
  • Attack next cone.
  • Support runner - stay deep.
